When people ask us about the Axis foam cutter,

Foam is one of the most exciting products to work with. The possibilities are limited only
by your creativity and imagination. The key to making special and unique designs is what
you do with the foam and how you finish it.
Multi-dimensional products are extremely popular but until
now have been relatively expensive. Because foam is light, cheap and available just about
anywhere it is a great product to work with. If you want to be creative and sell unique,

By combining foam, color graphics and creativity you can
produce very attractive advertising. Multi dimensional signage, displays and the
outdoor signage markets are two practically untouched market. The Axis hot wire foam

solutions.
Using foam as a medium allows you to create, in many instances, larger than life designs which are relatively light. One of
our trade show displays is a letter "E" measuring 96" high x 40" wide
x 24" thick. After coating and painting, this letter only weighs approximately 55
lbs!
Many people have been conditioned to think that outdoor signs need to be illuminated sign
boxes or channel letters. With foam designs and logos,
 finished in an infinite variety of
textures and colors, and using spotlights for illumination you can achieve the same
effect, if not better, at a far less cost. Mounting is also greatly simplified as most of
the foam creations can be mounted to buildings with simple construction adhesive. You can
also ad a laser cut acrylic face to the front of
you letters to give them that high quality look.
With the number of trade shows held every week world wide this is obviously a goldmine.
The key to trade show success is attracting buyers to your booth, and this is done by
bigger and grander displays. Having your company name or logo cut out of an 8' high block
of foam will definitely not go unnoticed!
Remember that there are many potential customers who don't yet know they need
multi-dimensional designs and displays; they have no idea of what you can do with foam.
Make your customers aware of what they need; show them photos, show them samples, get them
excited.
