01 - Payment Terms: MasterCard,
Visa or Prepayment (Certified Check or Money order)
02 - All sales are final.
03 - Refusal of acceptance of shipment will be subject to 30%
restocking charge plus all applicable shipping charges.
04 - All merchandise remains the property of the Foam Cutter Company
until all associated costs and charges are paid
for in full. In the event of Suit to enforce this obligation, you
agree to pay collection costs, reasonable attorney fees and interest
costs.
05 - Any legal disputes will be settled in Sellers jurisdiction.
06 - You are responsible for all freight charges and full replacement
insurance on merchandise being shipped to you or returned to us.
07 - Damaged or defective merchandise must receive a RMA number within
5 days of receipt of delivery.
